Islamabad: In a outrageous move, which may lead to a diplomatic row between India and Pakistan, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi claimed that his country forced India to resume bilateral dialogue.

"We did not give in to the pressure tactics adopted by India. We never kneeled down before them and kept sticking to our stance. Finally, they were forced to come to us and seek a dialogue", said Qureshi.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi had earlier threatened India a week ago that if India does not agree to talk, Pakistan would approach the international forum. The foreign secretaries of the two countries are expected to meet later this month.
